Solutions

Modernize the old UX wireframe of the client’s website.
Our team analyzed the UX wireframe of the company’s website the client had at a time. We held a few meetings to get references and information on the client’s needs that the old website can’t live up to. After that, we worked on the new sitemap. After the client’s approval, successfully implemented it into the Vanilla Steel website you can find online today.
Update an outdated website design.
Based on the UX structure we’ve presented to the client and the visual references they provided, our designers came up with the idea for a clean and modern looking UI. Our team made sure to update the visuals to adhere more to the modern standards and trends, but still, be true to the company’s concept.
Build a new website on the Webflow framework.
The client wanted to migrate their website to Webflow. We provided full project development on the framework with full support from our specialists and an additional scope, that came up during the process.
Integrate login form.
Our developers integrated the Hubspot service, which is a great CRM software tool to handle all work with the customers on one platform. It’s centralized, easy to work with, and provides a lot of great features for a marketing team.
Create 5 versions of the website for different languages.
We’ve optimized the core website and created 5 separate versions for German, French, Italian, English, and Polish languages to be accessible to the users.

Our
Process

In every project, we divide workstreams and determine milestones. Then we identify competencies needed to fulfill the tasks, calculate the work time of each expert, and approve everything with the client. After signing the contract, we allocate a separate team for the project. The project manager directs and supervises the process; he is the contact point for the client.

Discovery

We started with a kick-off meeting to identify the pain points the client had with the project. We’ve discussed the needs and requirements they had, brainstormed some ideas, and decided on the project setup, based on the information we were able to gather.

We picked the right people and assigned these experts to a new team for this project. We’ve made a plan, gathered a team, and got to work.

UX/UI design

One of the main problems the client had was an outdated wireframe. So we’ve determined their expectations for the new one, and what functionality it needs to cover. Based on their vision, our team created a new site map. We’ve presented all the future features the website was going to have, and the structure it will be based on, and the client was happy with it.

It allowed us to move to the UI design stage. Here, our designers made a full re-design of the old look and made it more modern while preserving the brand’s image. We’ve created a design suited for the company’s industry, and the client was pleased with the UX and UI of the new website.

Webflow development

The client had requested the new website to be built with the Webflow framework, and our expert team was ready to provide it. Our developers implemented everything using Webflow, making full use of low code solutions to speed up the development process, while still providing top-notch quality.

Webflow is a great tool not only for a development team but also for a client. This framework provides much flexibility after the project completion, it’s easy to use for the client and has little to no requirement of constant support from a professional developer after initial completion. Webflow provided great value for all involved parties.

3rd party API integration

There were some needs, to cover which our team needed to bring into the picture 3rd party API integrations. Particularly, the client requested a login form to be implemented on the new website, so our developers have connected Hubspot to provide it. It’s a powerful software that provides a customer management system with great functionality, that is kept in one place and is easy to use. Something any marketing team would greatly appreciate.

We’ve made sure to keep in touch regularly since they needed some time to get approvals from all the stakeholders involved, as it often is in this industry. Our team was happy to be able to provide them with the service they were looking for in the end, and overall the project was quite straightforward.
