We asked WarmDevs to develop a new Webflow website.
The overall quality of the final product is good and they were able to meet our specifications and deadlines!
In every project, we divide workstreams and determine milestones. Then we identify competencies needed to fulfill the tasks, calculate the work time of each expert, and approve everything with the client. After signing the contract, we allocate a separate team for the project. The project manager directs and supervises the process; he is the contact point for the client.
We started with a kick-off meeting to identify the pain points the client had with the project. We’ve discussed the needs and requirements they had, brainstormed some ideas, and decided on the project setup, based on the information we were able to gather.
We picked the right people and assigned these experts to a new team for this project. We’ve made a plan, gathered a team, and got to work.
One of the main problems the client had was an outdated wireframe. So we’ve determined their expectations for the new one, and what functionality it needs to cover. Based on their vision, our team created a new site map. We’ve presented all the future features the website was going to have, and the structure it will be based on, and the client was happy with it.
It allowed us to move to the UI design stage. Here, our designers made a full re-design of the old look and made it more modern while preserving the brand’s image. We’ve created a design suited for the company’s industry, and the client was pleased with the UX and UI of the new website.
The client had requested the new website to be built with the Webflow framework, and our expert team was ready to provide it. Our developers implemented everything using Webflow, making full use of low code solutions to speed up the development process, while still providing top-notch quality.
Webflow is a great tool not only for a development team but also for a client. This framework provides much flexibility after the project completion, it’s easy to use for the client and has little to no requirement of constant support from a professional developer after initial completion. Webflow provided great value for all involved parties.
There were some needs, to cover which our team needed to bring into the picture 3rd party API integrations. Particularly, the client requested a login form to be implemented on the new website, so our developers have connected Hubspot to provide it. It’s a powerful software that provides a customer management system with great functionality, that is kept in one place and is easy to use. Something any marketing team would greatly appreciate.
The client was great – they knew what they wanted, they provided references for a nice, simple idea for the website upgrade.
We’ve made sure to keep in touch regularly since they needed some time to get approvals from all the stakeholders involved, as it often is in this industry. Our team was happy to be able to provide them with the service they were looking for in the end, and overall the project was quite straightforward.
