In every project, we divide workstreams and determine milestones. Then we identify competencies needed to fulfill the tasks, calculate the work time of each expert, and approve everything with the client. After signing the contract, we allocate a separate team for the project. The project manager directs and supervises the process; he is the contact point for the client.
In this website design case study, we provided various services, from Webflow development and integrations to SEO consultation. We started our collaboration with a kick-off meeting to gather information on the project. Our team discussed the project scope with the client, determined what they expected from the product delivery, and defined what tasks lay before use.
Using the Scrum method, we divided our work process into Sprints. Each Sprint is designed to produce a certain value – a deliverable we’ve presented to the client by the end of each Sprint’s period.
According to the project plan, we assigned a suitable team to work on it: a project manager, a designer, a developer, and a QA tester.
Before starting to work on the front design, we built a sitemap: created the wireframe, and structured the overall UX logic of the website.
After that step was done, our designer assembled a UI style guide to work within. This included brand colors, typography styles, iconography, and grid system. The designer detailed suitable spacing, text fields, buttons, and cards as well. With the Figma wireframe UI kit, all the work by our designers was possible to be shown to the client.
With collected references and the groundwork set and done, the designer created the UI design you can see today on Celsia’s live website.
Webflow implementation is a complex and involved process that can be roughly divided into several main parts.
The creation of CMS templates provided new possibilities. This allows the client to customize their blog and product pages further once they need to incorporate any updates, negating the necessity to predict potential needs rising in the future. Instead, this solution provides the client with the tools to make their team self-sufficient after the initial product is completed by the development providers. Instead of relying on developers for after-delivery long-term support, the client will be able to make changes themselves as they see fit, ensuring them more freedom and flexibility.
After our developers and QA testers finished their part, the website was ready to go live. We proceeded with the successful deployment of the product.
We provided Webflow SEO optimization for the newly-created website. This work will help Celsia to accelerate its online presence and attract more organic traffic further.
We spoke with the client to understand their goals and the target audience. After gathering the requirements, we created a strategic SEO plan aligned with Celsia’s business objectives.
We conducted the website structure analysis to identify its base state of it. This helped to determine any technical issues and content gaps to identify areas for improvement.
Competitor analysis helped us improve our strategy for crafting Celsia’s digital presence. This research allows for a better understanding of competitors' best practices, as well as an analysis of their shortcomings. By analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, the client can capitalize on opportunities and refine their own SEO approach.
Developing an SEO semantic core is another crucial step. This involves creating a targeted list of keywords and phrases by our Webflow SEO expert that is relevant to the client's industry and has a high search volume. This semantic core is a basis for optimizing website content and improving organic search rankings further.
Optimizing the website's structure and navigation is also a priority. Ensuring that search engines can easily crawl and index the website increases the chances of higher visibility in search results. This optimization includes improving URL structure, implementing internal linking strategies, and organizing content in a user-friendly manner.
When the analysis is done, we provide specific recommendations and technical requirements to address identified issues and optimize the website for search engines. These recommendations may involve optimizing meta tags, headings, and images, improving site speed, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and more.
The work done helps to answer the pending question of is Webflow good for SEO. By integrating using the tools available on the platform and providing SEO services, the client enhances online visibility, attracts targeted organic traffic, and improves their overall search engine rankings.
