Milestones were well thought out and included exactly what we needed. The project started quickly and their design team wasted no time putting together wireframes and designs that allowed us to tangibly understand exactly what we'd be getting.
Additionally, the team's ability to suggest new ideas and thoughts are solutions to our challenges was awesome. They did a great job in adding value and helping us understand why a certain solution was better than another.
We'll be using them again and referring WarmDevs to others.
In each project, we divide workstreams and determine milestones. Then we identify competencies needed to fulfill the tasks, calculate the work time of each expert, and approve everything with the client. After signing the contract, we allocate a separate team for the project. The project manager directs and supervises the process; he is the contact point for the client.
At the kick-off meeting, we determined the most painful issue of Bear Analytics. Due to the pandemic, they had to switch their AI platform from offline to online mode. As a result, the company’s niche and ICP changed. Therefore, they had to focus on an unknown market segment. The old version of the website did not meet new tasks. The client emphasized the importance of getting a new website in the shortest time because they needed to launch and test MVP in the new market ASAP.
The client was very attentive to our recommendations, relying on our experience. Our willingness to share our expertise was immense and we managed to build trustful relationships. In the end, we were delighted that we could help the client to adjust his services to a new segment. We created the website on Webflow. It allowed you to perform SEO optimization and find your audience. After identification of all the pain issues and bottlenecks, we proceeded to website development. Every stage of work is described below.
We started developing the website structure by creating a customer journey map for the new ICP. The site structure was based on that map. During UX design we provided arguments why every specific element should be put in that or another place. Afterward, we created a style guide, which contained all fonts as well as colors, sizes, and shapes of buttons, lists, and other elements.
We designed more pages than was required to add the descriptions of service packages. We also added a simple tool for the organization of online meetings with potential clients. We used Calendly for this. The UI design was done in Figma. We created Lottie animations to demonstrate Bear Analytics’ intellectual product. The website contained 19 pages; some of them you can see here.
We conducted Webflow development and deployment. Prior to submitting the project, we checked the site performance in all browsers and on all types of devices (QA & bug fixing).
We have also made responsive mobile design and front-end layout for every screen resolution, for mobile devices and tablets. This added 18 pages.
It was great to be useful for Bear Analytics even before the main work on the website had started.
We invested quite some time into business analytics and the creation of a customer journey map so that we could effectively work on pain issues.
We hope that this MVP would work very well and that we’d have a chance to do something great together again.
