In every project, we divide workstreams and determine milestones. Then we identify competencies needed to fulfill the tasks, calculate the work time of each expert, and approve everything with the client. After signing the contract, we allocate a separate team for the project. The project manager directs and supervises the process; he is the contact point for the client.
We started with the meeting between WarmDevs and Sastrify teams. We reviewed the task at hand and gathered the necessary requirements. We defined the project scope and assigned the appropriate team of specialists for the development.
We chose an appropriate project manager, a Webflow developer, a QA tester, and two designers for the consultation. We divided the workload into milestones, where each would have deliverables at the end of a certain period. Our team established the channel of communication through Slack, and after agreeing on the final details, we moved into development.
There were some issues with the existing design of the website, so WarmDevs provided consultation from our designers on the things that can be improved, the way to do it, and how to prevent such mistakes from happening in the future.
As a result, we were able to come up with an attractive and cohesive UI design with dynamic animations, that has a great UX structure for intuitive navigation for the website users.
The design was created in Figma and implemented into the live website you can access online today.
We created 4 Webflow CMS: for FAQ block, Blog page, Customer Story page, and Events’ page. We developed Calculator including logic change and Hubspot setup.
After all the features were implemented, we provided QA testing and bug fixing before the web app deployment.
We provided 3rd party API integration of Hubspot. It is a CRM platform that provides marketing tools and improves customer experience on the website.
With Hubspot, the client had generated initial forms, and WarmDevs provided technical implementation and visual improvements, transforming it into a functional feature.
With this integration, Sastrify users are able to download PDF files from the website, configuring the options to their liking and getting analytics on the previous downloads of other users.
