Overall we created designs for 8 websites that were subprojects of one single platform. Each site had different purposes: retail, upsale, a blog for better organic traffic, marketing tasks, and Saas platform. The client familiarized us with his vision and we designed a technical task as a scrum team. The work on every project began with planning the structure, designing a Site map and Custom Journey Map for every role. Here is one of them.
At the very beginning, we held a workshop with a client and his current team in Oslo. There we gathered all the introductory data, got the technical task and the vision of the project. The main target was determined. We aimed at developing an innovative, digitalized, universal, and unified platform used for the current and the following projects. The project was developed in a slightly outdated Angular platform and old technology stack. System restart had to be initiated within the next 12 months
We examined the project’s vision and determined the pain points. High-level requirements were created in the form of User Stories and a project road map with the release date. Then, we finalized and signed the contract.
We employed the Scrum method. The client’s vision of business development was subdivided into Epics, in turn consisting of several User Stories. The work was organized in the mode of the two-week sprints:
After finishing a sprint, we had a demo meeting with a client. We demonstrated newly created functional abilities and got feedback about it. All the edits were transferred to Backlog, where we set the goals for the next period. In the course of work, the project was expanding and new services appeared, new websites were developed for most of them.
